12-Week Signature Curriculum
Our program is built around thinking, reasoning, and decision-making in QA—not just "what is testing."
Week 1 — Personal QA Assessment & Growth Map
Mini case (scenario + report + reasoning), identify blind spots, create a Personal QA Growth Map for each participant, group intro + "Why do we test?" philosophy.
Week 2 — Test Thinking Fundamentals
Variables, state, behavior, boundary mindset, error guessing, edge case discovery, Case #1: Scenario expansion.
Week 3 — Reasoning Mastery
Defending test decisions, Junior vs Senior reasoning patterns, "Why this test?" exercises, recognizing reasoning failures.
Week 4 — Risk-Based Thinking
Functional, technical, behavioral risks, prioritization (impact × likelihood), modern regression strategy, Case #2: Risk-driven reprioritization.
Week 5 — Modern Test Design (API / Web / Mobile)
Input/output reasoning, state management, async behavior, concurrency, timeout & rate limiting, Case #3: API reasoning.
Week 6 — QA Communication Mastery
Senior-level bug reporting, behavior narratives instead of only steps, clear repro steps, talking to developers/managers, communicating risk upwards.
Week 7 — Test Strategy Fundamentals
Simple, effective test strategy, coverage as intent, not volume, CI quality signals, mini test strategy definition exercise.
Week 8 — Research Testing (Modern Exploratory)
Hypothesis-driven testing, critical questioning skills, finding dark spots and unknowns, behavioral anomalies, Case #4: Research session.
Week 9 — Automation Thinking
What to automate vs what not to automate, stability and flakiness thinking, purpose-driven test pyramid, CI integration thinking, identifying good/bad automation targets.
Week 10 — Group Clinic: Real Case Analysis
Participants bring real bugs from their work, group reasoning debate, trade-offs between options, aligning mental models.
Week 11 — Leadership Thinking (for Mastery package)
Leading QA thinking in a team, decision-making models, risk escalation, coaching juniors, building a quality culture.
Week 12 — Final Case & QA Evolution Report
Before/after assessment comparison, final reasoning case, Personal Evolution Report, next 90-day roadmap, Mastery: + 2 months of follow-up support.

About Tunç
